Engagement & Analytical Boundaries

By accessing the CorpDoc Analytics platform or commissioning our forensic services, you agree to abide by these established protocols. CorpDoc Bias Analytics provides independent diagnostic auditing of algorithmic training datasets to identify disparate impact and historical imbalances.

Our findings are technical artifacts based on the metadata provided. We do not offer legal counsel or guarantee model outcomes post-audit; our role is restricted to the forensic identification of risk vectors within your primary data sources.

PRÜFUNG 02 // INTELLECTUAL

Ownership of Logic

The Core Logic used in our Bias Detection Matrix remains the sole property of CorpDoc. Clients are granted a permanent license to the final Diagnostic Report and associated findings for internal remediation.

PRÜFUNG 03 // LIABILITY

Risk Disclaimer

CorpDoc is not liable for operational failures resulting from model deployment. Our audit is a snapshot of dataset health at the time of intake and mapping.

PRÜFUNG 04 // USER CONDUCT

Client Data Integrity

You are responsible for ensuring all datasets submitted to the forensic audit are obtained legally and do not infringe on third-party privacy rights. CorpDoc operates under the principle of procedural objectivity, assuming the client has cleared all necessary PII (Personally Identifiable Information) before analytical ingestion.

The Forensic Integrity Protocol

“Bias in algorithmic training is not a moral failing, but a technical debt. Our terms ensure that the process of identification is decoupled from subjective interpretation, prioritizing mathematical disparity and structural evidence.”

All audits conducted by CorpDoc follow a rigid forensic trail. This involves multi-stage intake mapping, statistical disparity testing, and semantic review. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that our reporting is neutral and evidence-based.

We maintain a sterile analytical environment. This means no external influence is permitted within the auditing parameters once the metadata mapping phase has been finalized and locked for review.

Under these terms, users are granted explicit access to our comparison metrics. Standard checks identify "what" is happening, while a CorpDoc Forensic Audit determines "where" the technical imbalance originated within the training epoch.
